Order Entry Position
Job Description Kelly Services has an immediate opening for an experienced Order Entry position.
This position is located in Assumption, IL and will be a long-term temporary position.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Enter orders in an accurate and timely manner in SAP, while following the guidelines and approval processes setup for each order.
Work cross functionally with Customer Service and Inside Sales.
Minimal customer contact would be necessary.
Requirements EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree preferred, but not requiredREQUIRED SKILLS:
Microsoft Office experience requiredDemonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple projects simultaneously without compromising the quality of work or the final product Demonstrated strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated team player to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment who thrives on challenging problems Must have strong interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently as well as part of a team DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience working with SAP Experience working with OnDemand
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a business environment, preferably with a customer focus is desired.
A highly motivated self-starter is necessary to be successful in this role.
The candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
