Non-Exempt Job Summary Provide leadership and support to ensure material is stored and delivered by plan to ensure the shipping team has the material needed to ensure their shipping goals are met.
Ensure effective and efficient operational performance with regard to areas assigned.
Establish and implement programs that align with production and shipping goals by ensuring material is where it is needed, when it is needed and guiding team members on attaining the goals set.
Job Responsibilities Meet and exceed delivery expectations of material from the warehouse to assigned areas.
Direct and promote a work environment of continuous improvement through proactive process improvement.
Promote a team environment through effective communication and delegation.
Proactively engage the support of indirect support personnel to achieve departmental and business objectives.
To foster an environment of learning through effective cross training of assigned employees.
Expected to develop and maintain required relationships with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Human resources, Engineering, Production Control, Shipping, and other areas as required meeting targeted business goals and objectives.
Staffing (Job Assignment) Interviewing Safety investigation 5 why's Coaching Ensure skill training matrixes are in place, train new hires and manage training Employee/ situation investigation Standard work documentation Execute to daily, weekly, monthly, schedule/ plan/ schedule attainment Meet daily cell goals (5s, Safety, Quality, Maintain, hourly metrics boards) Daily start up checks Daily Departmental KPI's 85% time on the warehouse floor Departmental communication Cell communication process/toolbox/ shift changeover reports/handoffs/ensure smooth transition Cycle counts Inventory accuracy/adjustments Impulse management Storage and Pick accuracy audits for each operator IPQ cell scrap reporting/Scrap back parts when necessary 5 why's and Prompt Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Implement all aspects of AGCO Lean and Quality Management systems.
Other responsibilities as assigned Conduct 7 am stand up meetings Promote employee suggestions and employee recognition programs Safety Responsibilities Supervisors are responsible for their individual compliance with safety rules and procedures.
Supervisors are also responsible for assuring that employees perform their duties in a safe manner by following the specified safety rules and procedures.
Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Comply with all safety rules, policies and procedures.
Report any unsafe practices and/or conditions to their supervisor.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any defective PPE.
Report all near-misses, incidents, injuries, illnesses, including mobile equipment or property damage.
Participation in the site Safety and Health Program.
Facilitate the monthly safety walk in the department Lead and investigate 5S+1 audits (twice a month) Promote the use of Hats tag program Ensuring that employees attend required training as assigned and Tool Box Safety Training.
Encourage conformance with safety rules and procedures and intercede when violations of rules and/or procedures are identified.
Take immediate action on any safety audit item / issue.
Ensure all safety equipment and PPE are provided, adequate, and operable.
Schedule incident investigations and corrective action development and implementation per.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
