Job Function and Responsibilities Coach and develop team Communication with team consistently Achieve top line sales numbers Build and develop relationships with dealers Build and develop relations with inside sales Build and develop new opportunities Set targets for teams to achieve top line# Management Responsibility This position will oversee anywhere between 5-10 people Full responsibility to include establishing goals and objectives, ongoing coaching and feedback, midyear reviews and year end performance reviews as well. Train and develop team members in their current roles and coach and advise on best approaches to accomplish tasks at hand. Education Bachelors in Business, Marketing/ Sales, or related field MBA preferred Minimum, 10-15 years with proven experiences in the industry Qualifications and Experience This position requires someone from the industry who has a wide variety of experiences both from a technical standpoint as well as a sales perspective. The candidate must have at a minimum 10 years in the industry with detailed examples of how they have had successes building a customer base, gaining market share from the competition and increasing the current customer base as well. The candidate will also need to have experience and examples of how they have built a team to win, coached, trained and developed them to continue to win and find new ways as well. SalesForce experience preferred
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
